OUR POLICY ON CHRISTMAS DELIVERY FOR DREAMERS CANDLES We highly recommend you place your order no later than December 1, 2004 to guarantee Christmas delivery. See #3 below. The delivery guarantee is only applicable to candles that are "in stock". We do our best to maintain correct inventory levels and will either email you or telephone you if our stock has run out of a scent you've ordered. You will be asked to choose some substitutions to avoid further delay of processing or shipping your order. Can you still order candles after December 9th? Yes! Please realize during the holiday season it takes us 3-5 days to process orders so the later you order, the less likely your order will arrive in time for Christmas. UPS Ground (5 day) and Priority Mail (3 days) are not guaranteed as we have no control over whether or not your shipment will arrive in that time frame once it leaves our facility. We do our best to carry the most POPULAR scents through the holiday season. After mid-December once candles are "out of stock" odds are you'll have to choose substitutions so be prepared to make many changes on your order. We will be happy to recommend other scents that sell well and will please those on your gift list. We will not answer calls related to Dreamers Candles on Saturday and Sunday nor will we answer calls after 5 p.m. Central Standard Time Monday through Friday. Harassment of your order not being shipped as soon as you've ordered it (not allowing us 3-5 days to process then ship) will NOT be tolerated and could result in CANCELLATION of your order. We do make honest mistakes at times but threatening to cancel credit card payment and being "pompous" will only result in us asking you to find another dealer so please don't make assumptions or threats if you truly want to purchase the candles. We highly recommend payment by CREDIT CARD (we don't take debit cards by your bank checking account) or PAYPAL for the fastest processing of your order. It can take one week or longer for us to receive your money order or check payment and longer to wait for your check to clear (no bounce issues) before we'll ship.
